Americans with Disabilities Act Discrimination Complaints
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability
in services rendered by the state and local governments, i.e. all government facilities, services,
and communications must be accessible. If you feel you have been denied equal access to any
PAT program, service or activity because of a disability we encourage you to file
a discrimination complaint under ADA Title II within 30 days of the alleged act or discovery.
